Our team includes 36 FTE real estate investment and technology/data professionals working in Miami, France, El Salvador, Bangladesh and the Philippines. This helps us blend complex datasets with real estate savvy to seek out the best opportunities and package them right while implementing technology to streamline the whole buy-sell process. We do our homework. We exploit market inefficiencies. We’ve gone back to the Land. We know it well. We think it is a terrific investment and a necessary diversification tool for any portfolio.
